Tracy Myhill

Tracy brings over 27 years experience to Cardiff and Vale.  This experience spans Trusts, Local Health Boards and Welsh Government settings. Having commenced her NHS career as a receptionist in the Dental Hospital in 1984, she then spent many happy years as Personnel Officer through to Deputy Director at Llandough Hospital, and has also worked in Director roles in Gwent Community and Gwent Healthcare Trusts and as HR Director for NHS Wales. 

 

Tracy is qualified professionally with Fellowship of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (FCIPD) and generally with a Masters in Business Management (MBA). 

 

She also brings with her a high positive profile in HR nationally, and is an award holder of the Healthcare People Management Association (HPMA) President’s Award for outstanding contribution to healthcare HR management.

 

Tracy lives in Cardiff with her partner and four children and is a keen learner golfer.
