The Strategic Planning and Performance Committee has been formed by amalgamating the former Strategic Planning Committee and the Performance Committee.
It is the role of the Strategic Planning and Performance Committee to provide evidence based and timely advice to the Board to enable it to meet its responsibilities with regard to the development and delivery of UHB strategies and plans for clinical and non-clinical services, and to provide assurance to the Board that the UHB has strong performance management arrangements in place that drive a culture of continuous improvement.
The full role of the Committee is detailed in the Terms of Reference which will be made available in the near future.
