The purpose of the Remuneration & Terms of Service Committee is to provide advice to the Board on pay and terms of service for the Chief Executive, Executive Directors and other senior staff. It will give assurance to the Board about arrangements for the pay and terms of service, including contractual arrangements, for all staff.
The full role of the Committee is detailed in the Terms of Reference.
Due to the nature of business discussed at the Remuneration & Terms of Service Committee, its meetings will not be held in public. However, the agenda for its meetings will be published on this website.
