The UHB does not permit emails to be sent/received that contain images, sound or video for a non-UHB business purpose. Chain emails (forward this on to…) and emails containing unacceptable language will not be delivered to their intended recipient.
Emails received by the UHB may be referred to the police for advice on their content if deemed necessary.
