The UHB operates a system known as Patient Focussed Booking, where you may have received an invitation to contact the Appointments Booking Centre (ABC) on 029 2074 8181. When you leave clinic, you will either receive a new appointment, or be issued with a ‘target date’. If you have been given a ‘target date’, you will be sent an invitation in due course to call us to make an appointment.
If you need to cancel, rearrange or check an appointment, you can do so by ringing 029 2074 8181. Staff will be happy to help and advise you in these circumstances.
