NHS Wales Governance e-Manual

The NHS Wales Governance e-Manual was launched on 5 October 2009.  The development of the e-Manual has been a partnership between the National Leadership and Innovation Agency for Healthcare (NLIAH), the Welsh Assembly Government and the Corporate Governance Community of Practice (CoP).
 
It is designed to help NHS organisations in Wales develop robust governance and assurance arrangements that meet the standards for all public services in Wales and which support the delivery of high quality and safe healthcare services.
 
The manual is aimed at everyone in the NHS and focuses on the seven Citizen Centred Governance Principles, which will form an essential component of the new NHS arrangements.
 
Its aim is to provide a central resource for all Governance Information in NHS Wales and will be updated frequently – so please visit the site regularly.
