An action plan to help deal with the growing problem of diabetes in Wales is to go out to consultation. The consultation will last 12 weeks and health boards will be expected to have plans in place by June next year.

The Food Standards Agency in Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland is asking businesses, enforcement authorities and consumers for their views on new food labelling rules that will improve the information provided to consumers, allowing them to make more informed choices about the food they buy.
