About Service
The Neale & Kent ward is a 24 bedded ward - 18 Continuing Health Care (CHC) and 6 Slow Stream Rehab (SSR).
Dr Victor Sim is our Consultant who attends the ward every Thursday afternoon.
GPs from Ravenscourt Surgery look after our patients Mon-Fri. 2.00 pm – 4.00 pm.
The Neale & Kent ward aims to provide the highest quality of care for the older person in a friendly rehabilitation setting. We aim to assist patients to regain their optimum level of independence through treatment and encouragement from the multidisciplinary team.
Visiting Hours
Visiting times are between 3.00 pm – 8.00 pm
Additional Information
Flowers are not allowed on this ward. We aim to provide the highest standards of nursing care and to minimise the risks of infection therefore flowers are discouraged on the ward.
