Aim of the Memory Team
Our aim is to identify early memory problems and related disorders through comprehensive assessment and diagnosis.
What we do
We provide ongoing advice and support for patients and their care givers, particularly those patients with dementia. We also work in close liaison with other agencies and service providers. The Memory Team is experienced in making the best use of new drug treatments as well as monitoring in accordance with National Institute of Clinical Excellence (NICE) Guidelines.
