How to Raise a Concern

If you feel that we are not getting it right, and wish to raise any concerns with a member of the team, please let us know in order that we can look at improving our service.

Your comments are treated with interest and concern, particularly if you have a criticism to make.  It helps if any issues are raised as soon after the event as possible, as memory may fade and facts can be difficult to clarify as time passes. Your concern may improve our service for everyone and would not affect your future treatment here.

You can make your comment or raise a concern in a number of ways:

Verbally
At any time you can raise a verbal concern to any member of staff of IVF Wales.  You can also request to have a discussion with a member of the Management Team.

By Telephone
By phoning the IVF Senior Team who will assist with your individual concern, or the Obstetrics and Gynaecology Directorate Management Office on 029 2074 3340.  You may find it useful to make a note of your main points of concern before you telephone.
